 Overview
STEEL PLUS Fax allows users to electronically fax all types of documents without ever leaving your desk! If you can print it, we can fax it. It is easy to fax documents such as:
- Quotes
- Sales Orders
- Purchase Orders
- Invoices
- Statements
- MTRs
- Reports
With STEEL PLUS Fax you can drastically reduce the time, effort, and paper that is used in traditional faxing.
Ease of Use
STEEL PLUS Fax is easy to set up and easy to use. To fax a document, you simply choose to print the document, and then choose “STEEL PLUS Fax” from the list of available printers. You will also have the option to send a professional fax cover sheet.
Automatic Delivery
STEEL PLUS Fax can also be used to automatically fax documents to your customers. Automatic delivery faxing allows you to create and send large quantities of documents at a specified time. For example, many STEEL PLUS users will select invoices or statements to be printed, and then choose to fax them to their customers in one large group fax. Automatic delivery faxes can be configured to be sent after hours so that you don’t tie up your phone lines during regular business hours.
Email Confirmation
Knowing that a fax was actually sent is critically important. That is why STEEL PLUS Fax can be configured to send an email a notice when a fax has been sent successfully or if a failure has occurred.
Requirements
STEEL PLUS Fax requires the following:
- STEEL PLUS 2008 v12.01 or higher
- STEEL PLUS/Classic v7.37 or higher
- Liant’s Windows Runtime
- Windows XP Professional (dedicated) or Windows 2003 Server
- Fax Modem
