STEEL PLUS Labor Tracker
 Overview
The STEEL PLUS Labor Tracker allows you to electronically capture warehouse costs such as human labor and machine time in order to get a more accurate look at order profitability and warehouse costs. You can set up and track an unlimited number of employees, machines, or work types. Imagine being able to know exactly how much labor went into a job, or how many minutes a machine ran to fulfill an order!
The STEEL PLUS Labor Tracker allows users to log in and track labor and machine time for a single job, or multiple jobs at one time. Management has the ability to review and change the “time cards” prior to posting.
Ease of Use
The STEEL PLUS Labor Tracker was designed to work in a “touch screen” environment or with a standard mouse and keyboard. Large buttons and text make the program easy to use in warehouse environments.
Accurate Profitability
STEEL PLUS Labor Tracker also allows you to enter “loaded” burden rates for your machines, work types, and human resources. As time is tracked for a specific job, the burden rate is used as the multiplier to capture a total cost for the job. Profitability reports are more accurate and you have the ability to produce custom reports to track time and costs for the various resources in your warehouse.
Update Order Status
STEEL PLUS Labor Tracker also provides the ability to update the status of an order in real time. With just a few clicks, your sales team can know that their order is on the saw, or has been staged for shipment.
